goings on at Oldstead road Community Garden
London Garden Workshop have been working to clear the garden and prepare for the winter. They've completed the first stage of their bottle green house by constructing the frame and collected over 1000 plastic bottles. The group is also holding bonfire fireworks party at the allotments. It's being held from 6-9pm on Monday 5th November. Entrance is free and there'll be food and drink for sale to raise money for workshops next year.
Downham Men's Group have been busy building a pizza oven at the allotments after raising funds through Carling and Weatherspoons' #yourpintcan campaign, a summer BBQ at Goldsmiths Community Centre and their crowdfunder.com campaign. If anyone would like to be involved please contact London Garden Workshop.
